ANACAPRI - Colette House, in the heart of Anacapri, just a few steps from the piazza San Nicola, was named after the famous French author Madame Colette, who bought it and lived there for a long time. The house, built in 1700, was part of the monastery of San Michele and keeps the construction characteristics of the times. Madame Colette added on the property a fenced garden marked by a colonnade that, from its ogival arches, let the visitor enjoy a non conventional view of the panorama.
The property consists in a main unit with a rooftop lounge which leads to a spectacular terrace on level, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with walk in closet. Another bathroom exterior is also at the service of the garden. The kitchen, situated downstairs, is spacious and is equipped with a dining room and a comfortable pantry. The magnificent garden, true heart of the home, has two different views: one side overlooks the incredible seaview of Anacapri's coast, while the other leads the eye on the equally charming entrance of the property.
The villa has a guest room with bathroom overlooking the garden, and two other independent units, the first one with one bedroom and an ensuite bathroom; the other with two bedrooms each one with its own bathroom plus a small kitchenette.

ANACAPRI - La maison Colette, au cœur d'Anacapri, à quelques pas de la place San Nicola, prend le nom de la célèbre auteure française Madame Colette, qui l'a achetée et y a vécu longtemps. La maison, construite en 1700, faisait partie du monastère de San Michele et conserve les caractéristiques de construction de l'époque. Madame Colette a ajouté à la propriété un jardin clôturé marqué par une colonnade qui, de ses arches en ogive, laisse au visiteur une vue non conventionnelle du panorama.
La propriété consiste en une unité principale avec un « rooftop lounge » qui mène à une spectaculaire terrasse, deux chambres à coucher et une grande salle de bains avec dressing. Une autre salle de bains extérieure est également au service du jardin. La cuisine, située au rez-de-chaussée, est spacieuse et est équipée d'une salle à manger et d'un garde-manger confortable. Le magnifique jardin, véritable cœur de la maison, offre deux points de vue différents: un côté donne sur l'incroyable mer d'Anacapri, l'autre sur l'entrée tout aussi charmante de la propriété.
La villa dispose d'une chambre d'amis avec salle de bains donnant sur le jardin et de deux autres unités indépendantes, la première avec une chambre et une salle de bains privée; l'autre avec deux chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bains et une petite kitchenette.

ANACAPRI - Casa Colette, nel cuore di Anacapri, a pochi passi dalla piazza San Nicola, prende il nome dalla celebre scrittrice francese Madame Colette, che la acquistò e la abitò per lungo tempo. La residenza, settecentesca, era parte del complesso monastico di San Michele e per questo conserva le caratteristiche costruttive dei tempi. I soffitti al volta e l'indipendenza delle varie unità, non sempre collegate tra loro, rappresentano la peculiarità e al tempo stesso la bellezza della dimora. All'interno della proprietà Madame Colette aggiunse solo un giardino chiuso scandito da un colonnato che richiamava la sua Borgogna ma che a Capri acquista un diverso sapore grazie alle finestre ad ogiva che lasciano entrare in modo molto suggestivo la vista del mare.
La proprietà è composta da un'unità principale costituita da un salone panoramico che accede ad uno scenografico terrazzo a livello, due camere da letto ed un ampio bagno con cabina armadio passante. Un ulteriore bagno esterno è anche a servizio del giardino. La cucina, al piano inferiore è ampia ed è corredata da una sala da pranzo e da una comoda dispensa. Il magnifico giardino, autentico cuore della casa, ci trasporta in altri tempi e lascia intravedere da una parte il mare, dall'altra l'altrettanto affascinante ingresso della proprietà.
La dimora dispone di una camera ospiti con bagno privato che affaccia sul giardino e di altre due unità indipendenti, della quale una composta da una camera da letto con bagno, l'altra da due camere da letto ciascuna col proprio bagno e piccolo cucinotto.
